Testimonials
I found that Chinese brush painting is a spiritual experience and the lecturer, Silka, expressed this meaning beautifully. In addition, learning the basic brush strokes, the difference in ink density, the importance of selecting the correct paper and the sensitivity to the inking and wetting of the brush itself, Silka conveyed her love of the art. We were also introduced to the technique and meaning of signature ‘stamps’. Overall it was an uplifting and meditational experience. Thank you, Silka. – David.R
A very relaxed atmosphere and depth of tutor’s knowledge. I would like to see more courses on Chinese ink painting and If a Chinese art group starts, I will join. – Vern.S, Kedron
