Gouache Painting
A severally underrated medium! Gouache is a type of water media paint consisting of natural pigment, water, a binding agent and chalk. The finished product is stunning with a velvet sheen and bold colours.
What to bring:
- 2 – A3 or A4 pieces of Arches watercolour paper 200gsm -300gsm (hot press)
- 1 set of Gouache paints(good quality)
- 1 bottle of masking fluid
- 1 roll of masking tape
- 5 brushes –
- 1 size 00 round synthetic brush
- 1 size 2 round synthetic brush
- 1 size 6 round synthetic brush
- 1 size 16 flat synthetic brush
- 1 size 11 fan (Hog’s hair) brush
- 1 -2B pencil
- 1 metal ruler
- 1-2 hole sharpener
- 1 synthetic rubber
